PVDF hollow fiber high tenacity (good stretching effect): PVDF hollow fiber is of high tenacity, stretching effect can exceed over 100%, which is suitable in operation mode of air & water mixture filtrate production, air & water mixture backwash and CEB backwash with aeration etc. The high tenacity of PVDF hollow fiber assures its anti-breakage ability when getting impacts, which results in good membrane product performance and product water quality stability.
High performance in antipollution: PVDF hollow fiber is made of fluorine-containing polymer material. PVDF material itself has excellent anti-fouling ability, which is difficult to adsorb pollutant and not easy to cause concentration polarization so to enhance the anti-fouling ability of the product.
High chemical stability: PVDF hollow fiber can endure maximum residual chlorine of 5000ppm, it is widely adopted in operation conditions of various atrocious raw water quality and high volume oxidant required techniques. It can assure chemical washing of high oxidant concentration efficiently to resume flux rate and extend the life span of the membrane itself.
Low energy consumption of operation: Thanks to the unique hollow fiber formation technique, the structure of the two sides of the hollow fiber wall is asymmetric, with the outside cortex supported by a spongy layer of even and orderly structure, which is suitable for low pressure operation hence to reduce the operational energy consumption.
